As a twenty year resident of the Tampa Bay area, I've owned and operated several retail stores. In this capacity, I have had extensive experience in the negotiating of multi-million dollar leases with major development companies such as The Debartolo Corp., The Simon Property Group, and others. In my responsibility of opening Stores in Regional Malls, I supervised the construction, staffing and marketing areas .
Personally, I've owned outstanding properties throughout the area, and have been able to be "a step ahead" of others in area's of appreciation.
